New Features
1. Vehicles will now respawn every 30 minutes. There is a warning at 5 minutes and 1 minute. After respawn, you can either find a new vehicle around the map or use the manual respawn button by pressing your map key > tab to the Overview tab > scroll to Miscellaneous, and selecting Respawn.
2. Added a new quest to track coins collected.
3. Added XP devices for collecting coins.
4. Added various billboards around the map.
5. Added names to various buildings.
6. Added spotlights to the spawn and stadium (they’ll only show at night).
7. Added 1 new ramp and 1 new coin near the airport.

1. Removed a random floating coin near the blue lined building.
2. Moved the 3 car spawns on the back side of the airport to the ground.
3. Adjusted several coins higher in the air on some maps to prevent them from being missed at high speeds.
4. Removed the player name from the intro welcome message as it's only showing the variable (FN bug).
5. Fixed a clipping double yellow line near the tallest building leading out to the coast.
6. Adjusted a ramp clipping through the bottom of the railway.

Other Changes:
1. Updated watermark island code name.
2. Added CrosTech Billboard to spawn.
3. Moved the Like & Favorite billboard.
