Fixed loadout that made the burst SMG appear in the loadout instead of the assault rifle
Fixed an issue where people were prevented from shooting within certain areas of the map.

Fixed an issue where a person could get stuck in between conspicuous container and the town square wall making it hard to escape or get unstuck
Changed time from 1:30 from the total round time before the bomb plant to 2:00 minutes.
Made a slight adjustment to the shield making it a total of 200 with health and shield.
