Message from the man himself
"Welcome to the Hyperverse! Within Hyper Space, the world between worlds; every creation ever made in creative mode existence is connected. Yes, even yours. Here at Sudoman Labs, we wanted to demonstrate the possibilities of what you think could be out there. So! We made some simulations of some of the worlds we researched, using our very own Core of Calamity. Man I love that machine. Feel free to battle it out as much as you like, it's great for our research, and even greater for your entertainment." - James Sudoman: CEO of Sudoman Labs.
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Hyperverse Boxfights! In this Casual-Competitive map, you'll be playing 5 Rounds, between 8 different unique Maps! You have 50 Siphon per elimination, a 10 Damage Storm that moves in after 30 seconds, and every map has a unique loadout and a special item, to mix up the meta and bring in some extra fun! Another Important factor we need to cover; Placement Points.
Placement Point Mechanics done by Snownymous. Thank you my dude!
- Players ALWAYS have 500 Wood on Game Start.
- Top 5 Placement = +1 Score
- Top 3 Placement = +2 Score
- Round Victory = +3 Score
- Player with the most score at the end of all 5 rounds wins the game!
LOADOUT
Every single map has a unique loadout to separate it from the others, and to make each map a little more exciting! One thing is always the same however, and that is Heals. Every Player has 1x Slurp Fish, and 3x Small Shield Potions. You can get more heals by Eliminating other players. Every Elimination grants 50 Siphon, and the Player may drop some Heals if they haven't used them!
MAPS
There are 8 Maps within Hyperverse Boxfights. Let's go over each one individually.
Core of Calamity
The Core of Calamity is a Device used to create Desolate Portals between worlds, and can rift things into others. (All Worlds must be tied to Hyper Space.)
- Assault Rifle (EPIC)
- Pump Shotgun (EPIC)
- Shockwave Grenade
The Agency
Welcome to the Agency! You've come highly recommended. Most Agency boxfights tend to go with a Vault Design, however we decided to mix it up a bit and build an actual Agency Design for it!
- Drum Gun (RARE)
- Pump Shotgun (LEGENDARY)
- Grappler
Starlight
Welcome to Starlight, the Dance Club. This Map plays music for players to dance and listen to. Start Dancing!
- Assault Rifle (RARE)
- Pump Shotgun (RARE)
- Boogie Bomb
Fun Fact: This entire map is a reference to the Persona Series. The Name "Starlight" comes from Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight, the map design is based off of the Yu Narukami Dancing Meme "Specialist" from Persona 4: Dancing All Night, and all of the Items Rarity are blue, referencing the main color scheme of Persona 3.
Pumpkin Hill
This Spooky map is quite fun. Normally you'd panic if you saw an RPG coming your way, but from my personal experience? It isn't too big of a threat, unless used correctly. Watch your step!
- Heavy Assault Rifle (EPIC)
- Pump Shotgun (EPIC)
- Pumpkin Launcher x1 (RARE)
Fun Fact: This map is a reference to Tact's Ghost Fishing, the Map Creator's Halloween 2020 Creation. It also shares a name with a Stage from Sonic Adventure 2.
Parka Hills
Huh, this name seems familiar. Welcome back to Parka Hills! Finally that Icy Cold Blizzard is gone, and we've set up a Boxfight arena for you! What? You still wanted to Slide? Well we got you covered!
- Tactical Assault Rifle (LEGENDARY)
- Tactical Shotgun (RARE)
- Chiller Grenade
Fun Fact: this map is based on Tact's Winter 2020 Creation, Parka Hills - Gun Game: On Ice.
Artificial Aquarium
Well, can't say I've ever been under the sea like this. Oh wait- this isn't the Sea. It's a Facility! Still, that roof still looks pretty. I could stare at that for hours. Reminds me of Glow Worms.
- Burst Assault Rifle (EPIC)
- Charge Shotgun (EPIC)
- Harpoon Gun
Fun Fact: the Loot Pool here is a reference to Chapter 2, Season 3's Meta. Perfect for the Ocean theme.
Muddy Mineshaft
Easily the most competitive map within Hyperverse Boxfights, because the special item you're given doesn't seem much use. If you get overconfident, why not try and get an elimination with it?
- Assault Rifle (EPIC)
- Pump Shotgun (EPIC)
- Lump of Coal x3
Special Delivery
Ah yes, the Volcano full of Interdimensional Cardboard Boxes. How could I forget? That was the lore that made everyone die laughing. Oh right! You guys probably don't know what that means. Maybe I'll link a video or something to explain it. Either way; onto the Loadout!
- Tactical Assault Rifle (EPIC)
- Combat Shotgun (EPIC)
- Creepin' Cardboard
Fun Fact: This map is based off of Tact's S&D Parody, Special Delivery - Volcano. The Weapon Loadout is a direct reference to the Combat Class, a secret class you could only apply on the Tie Breaker Round.
LORE
So you guys didn't understand Hyperverse and Hyper Space and all that? Don't worry about it. This map is mostly an introduction to the Hyperverse, a very important point to the Tact Official Lore. The Hyperverse is a term we use to refer to all of the worlds within Hyper Space, a Dimension that functions as an inbetween, "The World Between Worlds." Every Map, ever made in Fortnite Creative is tied to Hyper Space. Yes, even yours.
That's all from me, I hope you enjoy the map!
