Use your Primary and Secondary buttons to kick the ball as you touch it. The balls trajectory depends on the angle that you are looking. Primary button is a small kick/pass and the Secondary button is for a large kick.
You can chip, header, overhead kick, dribble and pass along with the slide to tackle.
