- Crates have been removed, and replaced with “Pickups”
(The Damage/Hide Time wasn’t quick enough when travelling at high speeds, and caused collision properties with the bike)
- Apples have been removed, and replaced with “Gold Coins”
(Decluttered Inventory, Clearer Formatting, easier to understand)

DECLARATIONS
While the original plan for this game was to use Crates and Apples as with any Crash Bandicoot Entry, Apples in the Inventory, as well as usable pickups became unclear and confusing, while Crate smashing in high speed circumstances proved unreliable and in some cases unresponsive.
