Trick Or Treat Chapter 2 : Hats update

Added hats that you can wear, There are currently 6 hats but more will be added in future updates.

You will now be teleported back to the neighborhood you were in before you got tricked instead of in Treat Trail

New Items have been added to the store and the Arcade Including : Rocket Ram, Jumpboots, Icy Grappler, Jetpack and Hop Fish

You can now fast travel with the portable candy seller (now named Portable Candy Seller & Fast Traveller

Smaller Changes :
Most Interactions have been made shorter
Moved Treat Trail taxi closer to the Player`s House
You can now sit in the seats in Sofeez Jr
Added Minimap and Overview Map
Made one of the laser tricks easier
Reduced price of Gold in arcade
Added Option to mute background music
