What do I do when I get to the locked door after picking up the auto shotgun?

Thanks for the tip. Apparently the target can only be destroyed when the hard difficulty is selected. I tried the map on easy earlier and was wondering why it wasn’t taking any damage.
The difference between the difficulties just changes your weapons rarity and your HP total… It should not matter which difficulty you are, the target should be able to be destroyed. Strange that happened for you
