Amazing Fortnite Creative V19.40 Update Highlights!
It's March 1st, 2022 and it is time for another amazing creative update! This time it's more unbelievable than the last! We have henchman, loot drops , you can add gold resources up to 2.1 billion and more! This map update comes just in time before combat callout ends, which is March 15th! Which as I can see is perfect timing!
Let's Take a Look at Some of the Highlights That Stood Out!
ISLAND TRAILERS
When you go into Discovery you are now met with amazing trailer promotional content for the map you are viewing. That is, only if the creator has uploaded a trailer. You get a chance to get a snippet of what that map is all about! Keep in mind trailers may take a few seconds to load before they are displayed, so if your scroll through too quickly you might miss them! If you find that when you view your own map, a trailer is not displayed, you will have to re-upload that trailer to Discovery. Be sure to keep trailers to 10-30 seconds and only display the best of the best of what your map has to offer!
GUARD SPAWNER
Going forward combat, mini br and practice maps will never be the same! The Guard Spawner brings unique variety to gameplay in the creative meta! The device allows you to choose from up to 8 different guard skins, and even allow you to equip your guards with compatible consumables and/or weapons. Just like the fiend or animal device, you are able to control the radius in which the guards will roam.
SUPPLY DROP SPAWNER
You can't have guards without loot drops and you can't create intricate combat gameplay without unexpected strategy changers. The supply drop allows your players the chance to strategize, which opens up the way for a more engaged experience. You can customize your loot drops with anything your like, and even assign them to teams!
NEW MUSIC ON RADIO DEVICE
For open worlds, fantasy themed islands and adventure seekers, two new tracks have been added to the radio! Epic adds new fantasy background music in two setting calm and tense! I highly encourage you to check them out!
These are just a few of some of the awesome updates we received this week. Others include updates to the Round Settings Device, new Tracker persistence, an update to the item granter, and campfire stoking ! We also have some awesome new items in the prefab galleries too!
