Creative News: V20.1 Update Highlights
On April 5th, 2022, Epic released the v20.1 update! We have been provided with new exciting galleries, weapons and some long awaited bug fixes! Unknowingly to many, the update also came with an unexpected surprise release of the Prop Mover.
Creators everywhere started posting all the amazing effects you could create with this new device!

With the Prop Mover device released unexpectedly, an announcement was placed in the Fortnite Creative Discord that states:
"Todays v20.10 update had a bit of a surprise in it, the Prop Mover! This device was released earlier than planned, but we’ve seen the excitement and some early creations you’ve already designed using the new device….so we wanted to inform you all that we’re keeping it in! The Prop Mover in its current state should be considered a Beta device that we’re releasing to everyone. There are several known issues with the Prop Mover that can be found here: https://trello.com/b/Bs7hgkma/fortnite-community-issues If you’re using the Prop Mover understand that you might be asked to remove it from your map, for example: you’re featured in the Hub but the Prop Mover is causing performance issues. Additionally, some features that the Prop Mover currently has may change over time. We'll be taking your feedback into account, so let us know what you think! If you have any bugs to report on the device use the #Creative-Bug-Report Channel in Discord and we’ll be sure to add them to the Trello board for tracking."

As it is stated, the device it self is still in beta and could be requested to be removed from your island if it is causing performance issues. So be prepared for that in case it happens.
This is one of the brightest highlights of the updates!

New prefabs and galleries means new opportunities to create or update our current projects!
